really - Integrabiz will not share your details with anyone -
ever. That includes your private, written information -
as well as anything we discuss during your coaching session.
If you are not
happy you get your money back.
In short - a
Mentor is generally considered to be older, and has walked the
specific path you are walking, earlier. A consultant
will tell you what to do, and a coach will ask you what are
you doing about it. A coach is focused on action! (a no
navel gazing zone)
Ever been to the
hairdressers and had a hair cut, and then when you left
someone of the opposite sex, different style of hair,
colour comes in and sits down in your
place. The same principle applies in coaching.
People share a lot in common, as coaches we are trained to
'hear' how we can best serve you. We are coaching YOU
not your business, your career, marriage, or kids - change on
the outside only occurs after you have changed the inside.
Most of our
coaches work via telephone only.
This is for your
benefit.
Not only is it
convenient, it also creates a 'sacred space' that is difficult
to replicate in a live setting. Many people tell their
coaches things they have never told anyone before - its easier
over the telephone to open up. Additionally things like
body language do not get in the way - but don't be fooled;
coaches are experts at hearing inflections, energy, and
different intonations in your voice that often gets missed in
the 'white noise' of a live environment.
With your
coach you will design your session length, time and frequency,
and decide who calls who. For examples of how some

What is a TeleClass
A teleclass
is where individuals meet on a telephone bridge line by
dialling in a telephone number at a predesignated time.
The teleclass format allows you to join in a group coaching
session no matter where you are located.
Once you
have signed up for a class you will be forward the telephone
number to call and your password. It may seem daunting
at first, but it is very simple to grasp and an enjoyable
setting to receive coaching.
